Instructions

- In a blender or food processor, combine the ground peanuts, garlic, tamarind paste, sweet soy sauce, palm sugar, and chili powder (if using). Add water gradually and blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Arrange the blanched vegetables, tofu, and sliced hard-boiled eggs on a serving platter.
- Pour the peanut sauce over the vegetables and tofu, ensuring that everything is evenly coated.
- Serve the Gado-Gado immediately and enjoy!
