Ingredients:
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 3/4 cups cold milk
- Additional Oreo cookies for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Crush 16 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form the crust. Place it in the refrigerator to chill.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
